Our summer rates (June-July-August-September) range from $69.00 to $139.00 depending on room type, weekday, weekend or holidays.  There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on 3 or 4 day holidays.  ALL rates are subject to change. Children under 12 years old stay FREE.  We do require 7 day cancellation notice to prevent any charges to you.
